Last month, Journey founder Neal Schon began dedicating the famed band’s “Lights” to Perry on stage during their Journey & Def Leppard 2018 Tour. Co-written by Schon and Perry, “Lights” was featured on the band’s fourth full length album, Infinity, and has become one of Journey’s most popular and easily recognizable songs. He’s also reunited with his former bandmates for their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last year. ![]() He’s surfaced more in recent years, including a widely publicized sing-a-long of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin'” during an NCLS game between the San Francisco Giants and St. ![]() Perry has been largely absent from the public eye since the 1994 release of For The Love Of Strange Medicine, his last solo album.
